It’d be neat to have it ala Timesplitters-effect but making your own version would be neat as well. I’m just asking why there isn’t one?

There are spawn effects.
Oh, yeah. I sorta noticed them recently but most of the time they seem to not pop up. The current effect looks a bit weird sometimes too. Is it gonna change sometime or something?
