there is currently not anything inside the cosmic catsack, but when there is you will be able to choose what item (out of 5 iirc) you want from it

The real question is, what isn’t inside the cosmic Catsack? The cosmic Catsack is the centerpiece of our universe. Just the fact you are able to gaze upon it’s beauty means you are worthy, but, like Pandora’s box, you shall NOT open it, unless you want to cast an age of untold nightmares on us all.
