I’ve been playing the game for a little over 3 weeks now and I have suddenly encountered a VRAM problem.
This problem causes the game serious lag and little to nothing reduces it. I turned all of the settings on the lowest along with getting all custom content turned off. I used to play the game at the highest with custom content at 58 to 60 fps. Now I am playing at 9 to 13 fps. Is there anyway to resolve the problem?

Just for the sake of future users, could you post your specs and the steps you took to solve the problem?

Specs isn’t necessary to this it was Firmware updates not getting updated preventing me from using Nvidia Graphics driver therefore my GUP was failing.
