Hey there. For some reason, my units are displaying as “Unknown” no matter what I do and when I connect to a server it says “Offline” in the bottom left.
I have tried reinstalling the game, rebooting my PC, disabling my firewall, and even tried reinstalling Steam!

This is often because you’re not connected to the backend. I would suggest checking your internet and making sure you give the game time to connect.
I have given plenty of time for the game to connect… No matter what I do my units are unknown and my status is offline. My internet is fine, I have tried turning off my firewall completely as well. I am able to see everything else in-game (chat, server list, I can even join the server but I can’t do anything because I am stuck in an offline state)
I am still having this issue after 3 days…
