Hey guys, I can’t seem to get any help from anywhere else, so I thought I’d try here; for about a week and a half now, my units either come up as “unknown” or “offline”. This prevents me from buying items and earning units. It is very frustrating and nobody I ask seems to ever have heard of the problem. Does anyone at all have any experience with this problem or able to give any advice? Any at all would be appreciated!
