TU Instrument Music Thread

Since the GMod subcategories can’t be replied to anymore, I’ve decided to make this thread for anyone looking to share their TU compositions and arrangements. If you want an idea as to how this works, you can still take a look at the old thread.

Obviously, this applies to more than the piano. Drums and any future instruments are welcome to appear!

Happy sharing!

I wouldn’t create a thread like this if I had nothing to post. If you guys ever beat Cave Story, you might remember this amazing boss theme: Last Battle (creative title is creative).

I’ve arranged it to work with 4 piano parts and 1 drum part, but I also have a solo arrangement if having 100,000 units worth of instruments is too much. They’re included in this .zip file. Also of note: I’ve created a new notation system. It’s more specific than play fast/slow and long/short pause, but not as specific as actual sheet music.

Here’s the solo part, if you don’t want to download the files. The text is all aligned if you’re using Notepad.

Title: Last Battle
Composer: Daisuke “Pixel” Amaya
Album: Cave Story Soundtrack
Arranged By: Arkive

Special Note: The .org file for this is lastbt3. The file “lastbtl” is actually Charge.

Format
4/4 Time for 46 measures + one intro measure (00)
Each measure is split into four beats, each beat is marked by the brackets [].
Each beat is split into four sixteenth notes.
A period . means to rest.
A dash - means to hold the note. There will never be dashes following rests.
EXAMPLE: […] […A-] [–…] […]
Hit the key “shift + a” halfway through the second beat and hold it until halfway through the third beat, rest on all other beats.

Hey, give me a moment and I can move the original thread here and then you can contribute to it again. I completely forgot about that!
