Tower Unite on steam is only 28 mb, wont start application

Ive been trying to download tower unite on steam, but if I check the amount of data that will download, its only 28 mb. Im on a mac book pro from 2015

Tower Unite only runs on Windows at the moment.

Mac OS X and Linux Versions are planned but not currently available.
