Top view of Billiard Table is not seeable

This is a bug and has been reported a while ago.

[0.13.1.1] Nightclub Billiards top view is not okay

When you’re using space bar to see the table from above in nightclub, it goes a bit too high, and we can see 3 ceiling lamps instead. [Tower-Win64-Shipping_OQvPLeKET4]
