In my opinion it makes sense to tell users of OpenTDB to search for similar questions using the search function before adding new questions right here: http://opentdb.com/trivia_add_question.php

You could add the search bar in a bigger format and add something like “Please search for similar questions and duplicates before adding your question. It makes our life as moderators easier.”
