I know smaller condos have been suggested before, but how about tiny homes? There’s so much inspiration from this Youtube channel that shows all kinds of tiny homes made from things like buses, shipping containers, vans etc. Also, this doesn’t have to be a condo but perhaps a purchasable item from the stores that can be placed in existing condos. I feel like people can get real creative with small space design here!
