Since the Christmas update, I can't get more than 35fps

I don’t have a super powerful computer, but it’s not that bad either. Before the Christmas update, I could easily get 60 fps, but now I’m averaging 24-28, and some activities, like a lot of the mini games, are basically unplayable. My specs are below. I haven’t changed any settings, and I have the game installed on an SSD. Everything is up to date, including both GPUs, all hardware & software drivers.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I find that in lobbies with lots of people, I have this same problem, but in lobbies with 10 or less people, I get my usual framerate. Have you tried playing on a less populated server?
