The default sensitivity is 17 and I use 4, whenever I change a bind in the settings, the sensitivity seems to reset to 17 (but still shows 4 in the settings). After that happens I have to set the sensitivity to another value and back to 4, then exit the settings and the sensitivity is back to 4. I hope this helps.
