Would be nice to have Dash and Hook systems!
Dash system, where you will dash if you press Shift + A/D/W
It would have a 2 uses until it will have to refill in some (double jump and sliding pauses refilling). Also would be nice to have a volume to automatically refill Dash slot for custom maps.
Hook, when you press G (or mouse 4/5), it will try to hook to a specific spot or NPC/Player. It will have a cooldown after using it on Player or NPC.
Not to sure about dash. Kinda sick of that system.
But Hook? Yes please!

Dash is nice for parkour kinda things + dodging attacks
If SDNL was a third person shooter. Maybe.
I’m still on the fence dash been overused.
I rather have SDNL increase the speed if that’s the case.
People can dodge if they can predict the shot coming and that’s more rewarding then having a button to do so.
A lot of games I like, don’t have dash unless it’s a character ability or a power up. And for good reason. There’s a downside with the benefit.
The Hook on the other hand can do just that for dodging. Not to mention covering more ground allowing melee only players scary.
It may can be use for damaging if they decide go to the TF2 route. lol
Of course, that’s just my opinion. It’s kinda funny how this how some people feel about double jump. I get it now lol
I mainly imagine dash and hook from Doom: Eternal, which had it working pretty interesting, but ye I get the point
