Rich Text Format for Text Hat

It would be kinda cool to have more costumisation for text hats. Unity’s texts has it aswell and can be easly used by typing <color=#FF000>this</ color> in runtime, so I don’t see why Unreal can’t do the same.

Unreal’s text renderer doesn’t support rich text. I’d have to make it into a widget renderer which would take up more memory just to get rich text support. And even then rich text support for widgets isn’t very good either…
