When I play randomly get low quality textures. Normally every thing looks fine, my ram is not even close to maxed out and I have a geforce 965 running at a solid 50 fps with no lag.
This is what it normally looks like, I restarted my game.
try putting -notexturestreaming in the launch options

as a note though, -notexturestreaming will make load times a bit longer and performance a little worse, but it should fix the textures
