I understand that you guys are planning the option to do a sims-style condo building thing. But if we choose that option, will we have to purchase each individual wall piece just like in the sims, or only purchase the grid sizes?

Grid sizes, I think - although I think there should also be a feature to buy individual wall pieces, so you can make some non-standard rooms with more rounded corners.
I’m hoping for a X grid & not just for a + one.
What do you mean?
+ - horizontal & vertical
X - diagonals
I just hope the grid will feature horizontal, vertical & 15° diagonal grid
