I know someone suggested respawning on the spot when dying to PvP. I would personally suggest multiple respawn points around the shopping areas, the beach/pool, and main plaza instead of on the spot. But pressing the ragdoll button and the dying to the Central Circuit sign should always send the player to the subway station.
