me and my friends are existed for the coop condos but in my opinion it needs to allow you to share props from your friends condo we want to have a condo using all of our furniture and milestone trophy’s from all of our accounts in our group and not just the condo owner so basically a pot of all trusted players props, I just don’t think it can be called coop condos if your friends cant use there props to decorate there rooms
You are describing Community Condos, which is Phase 2.

Community Condos | Phase 2 | Multiple players building in a condo with their own items.
The community condos feature will take longer to implement, as there is much more involved when dealing with many different inventories in the same condo.
