Please help. One of my bubble guns disappeared

MY BUBBLE GUN DISAPPEARED?
i spun the spin of wheel & got a bubble gun, then some time later i spun the wheel a few times & obtained a second bubble gun. But when I came online on another day I realised one of them is gone? of course I didn’t sell it or anything.

i checked my steam inventory & theres only one :confused: theres a database that shows i got both right? if not i might have screenshots of them

Try restarting the game or steam, you may have steam inventory issues

thank you for responding, but it doesnt work. one of my bubble guns are
still missing from my ingame inventory & steam inventory :confused: are they able
to give it bacj to me? they can check the database or if not i might have
screenshots proving i had both
