Password reset email never sent

Thanks to the recent data breach at Newegg and NCIX, I wanted to reset my password just for extra security.

However, forum password reset email is not being sent at all.

I believe this has to do with the recent mail server issues?

We’re still currently having issues with our e-mail system. Once it’s resolved the system should send the request.

Hello, just checking in to say that we’ve fixed our email system and the system has been sending emails that were queued up in the system. Try checking your email account to see if the email arrived.

Confirming it works fine.
