Optional Extra Appendages for Playermodels

It would be cool if you could add animated parts to playermodels like wings, tails, extra arms, or other stuff like that. I think a decent way to go about this would be to add skeletons that are completely separate from the humanoid skeleton used for playermodels. You would rig the extra parts separately from the base model, and then you could just sort of tack the parts on in the workshop editor. It would stick to the player like a hat or backpack would, but it would load as part of the playermodel, separate from the accessories. The catpack changes textures when you run or fly, I don’t see why that same concept couldn’t be applied to wings switching between an idle and flapping animation.

you forgot to mention jiggle bones

Blorp thats 100% rigged to the jiggle bone.

Amazing sounding idea, but it would be really hard to pull off. You would have to somehow rig the tail or whatever to a bone in blender, but also in the TU thingy at the same time.
