New condo ladders are pretty fun, but its utility as a movement item is limited by only being able to dismount it by either climbing it or moving off the side. Plus, if someone puts a ladder in a hole that has the same width as the ladder, players wouldn’t be able to dismount without going all the way down (vs. being able to dismount and fall).
Since pressing Space does nothing while on the ladder (since it was originally for Virus), allowing players to jump off would be useful.
For example:
Space, S+Space, or W+Space: jump off ladder backwards
A+Space or D+Space: jump perpendicular to the ladder, either left or right
