Home Visitor and Condo Explorer are still broken. Just went to a few more condos and am still stuck at 3.

Some achievements that require you to do X thing Y times can trigger 1 before they should, such as:
Stuffed Discovery | Requires 9/10 stuffed animals.
Explorer | Requires n-1 info points.
Turkey Dinner | Requires 2/3 strikes.
This also happened to my friends, so I’d say it can be replicated.
Happened with me too for the Stuffed Discovery achievement.

On 5/19/2019 from about 12pm EST in NY1, I was able to get about 20 or so people together to get the Its a Party achievement. We all added each other on Steam and spent at least 30 minutes in the plaza. We then went to the theater and a bunch of people got the Our Feature Presentation achievement, but nobody got the other two for the theater.
I read that these were supposed to be fixed in the March 17th update, but it seems that they’re still broken.
We were able to stay together for at least three hours. It would be cool if we could all get the achievement.

EDIT: I had posted this by itself and then saw this thread so I deleted that and posted here instead.
These achievements are already known to be broken.
As a follow up to many achievements triggering 1 early, I caught an example screenshot from today. The “Apprentice” achievement popped in this case.
The knight dynasty achievement popped 2 early (at 8).
The Home Visitor and Condo Exlporer achievements (which require you to visit 20 and 50 condos respectively) don’t work. They are stuck at the count which they were at before [0.8.0.0].

The Last Alive achievement (which requires you to survive as the last survivor 10 times) triggered even when I did not survive, I was the last survivor alive but I got infected when about 15 seconds were left.
Home away from home - Ive visited many friends condos, and I got the achievement once, however according to the game and to steam, I never got it.

Visited Franky, condo girls, all the regular stores, the bait vendors, project 12, the stray… and I did check the backend, I was connected

you need to talk to the vending machine also
I cannot get the rollercoaster to unlock, I’ve ridden it many times both standing and seated. Neither will pop
Edit: can confirm I was incorrect. Went back today and have just completed ten laps. It’s worth nothing if you have to be on the coaster from the exit for a full lap to count. This may unintentional as the ride entrance has loading and unloading, using these correctly invalidates the lap. (Stay on the coaster for a full lap first or join the coaster from unloading to complete a lap)

I have a Achievement that is not broken in this sense
but
its on Ball Race “GLXY Collector”
i collected MORE than 10 Melons in a round but it count only 10 or less
Played in Singleplayer
I think large melons only count as 1 melon for the achievement instead of 5.
