Nick talks to you when you're above his store

The Central Circuit clerk, Nick, welcomes you to his electronic store when you’re in the backer statue garden. Oddly enough, the dialog appears when you’re above Rob’s Imports, before you even get to the roof of Central Circuit.

[0.9.0.2] Central Circuit NPC Talks Outside Of Store

The Central Circuit NPC doesn’t talk when you enter the store, like the rest of the stores (pretty sure they should though), however the Central Circuit NPC talks within a certain area of the Art Exhibit above the stores. Video (Don’t know how to embed a YouTube video on mobile.)
