My game literally will not launch

On launch, my game will show a still image of a loading screen and then instantly crash. This is not an issue with the quality of my PC as I’ve just upgraded and my old, very poor quality, laptop used to be able to run this game. I have literally no way of playing this game at all. Please help…

And yes I’ve updated my graphics drivers and verified the integrity of game files. If no fix is found I will sadly be requesting a refund which is not something that I want to do.

For me when I join a lobby it gives me a black screen.

Try reverifying your game cache. Right click on Tower in Steam and properties> local files > verify

If that doesn’t work, do you have the game installed on another hard drive other than the default one?
