More performance options and placing Items at condos

I saw the game has many dynamic reflections, and I think this really laggs the game, I think one option that lets you turn them down or turn them off would really help players with bad PCs

And (idk if it is an glitch) by some reason you have to keep “Q” pressed to open the inventory, so snapping furniture and rotating them is really annoying, I guess it would be really easier if you could make the inventory button just toggle, not hold.

The reflections don’t actually cause any performance drop. Unreal uses a special rendering technique that allows for insanely low budget and fast reflections.

The Q inventory thing is by design, but I have heard many people ask for a setting to make it toggle.
