Mesh deformities, Even without any applied bones.

Hey, Been trying to see if anyone else has this issue, When I import the Player model, I notice the mesh itself has deformed on the fingers/Tank top.

I spent daying thinking it was my weight painting, But then out of curiousity, I imported it as a non rigged (the t-posing model) and the deformities were still there, Meaning this is applying to the stacic mesh and not actually related to rigging

anyone got any ideas?
