Make the fishing minigame UI opaque

This is a simple accessibility suggestion, make the UI for the fishing minigame opaque.

I am colorblind and fishing is not only a strain on my eyes but a lot of the time near impossible because of the white bar suddenly blending in with whatever is going on in the background. Doesn’t help that the background also moves during the minigame.

This should definitely be an option. Some people may like it transparent, and others might have trouble seeing the bar, so I think more customization is good
