Low texture and ground not lining up

I’ve had these problems with every condo I’ve been in, but not the plaza

The ground only doesn’t line up outside with grass

I’ve only noticed the low texture quality now

Any help?

I have no canvasses or workshop items besides my playermodel

i would say to turn on -NOTEXTURESTREAMING but it looks like you have a low quality land mesh, as if that’s what you would see from a distance.
