Hi Support Team,
I encountered a critical bug due to a heavy server lag while playing at the “Spin 2 Win” wheel on server EU France 6.
I wanted to set my bet to 1.5k units, but because of the lag, the server suddenly deducted 15k units from my balance in one go. Right after that, I unfortunately lost all my remaining units.
Could you please check the server logs and help me out with a refund for the 15k units lost to the lag?
