This would be amazing because there is some other people that be mean to you during the game so if there was a kick option or a ban option it would be very good.

The issue, as been stated many times on this forum, is that no one is really the moderator of the game world while it is operating, so no one has more rights than others.
Vote kicking can potentially be abused against a non-offending player, so whenever a system is implemented, it will have to be carefully thought out.
In the mean time, there are ways to locally mute people on your end, and in the future there will be a AFK kicking system.
