Office cubicle walls of varying sizes / shapes as variants. Some that are wide, some that are tall, some that have glass, some that don’t! We got the cubicle door, but no walls!

I just got reminded of this because I was in someone’s Highrise basement and it works REALLY well in their build. This would be incredible as a feature if possible!!!

Hopper Ball: Like the helicopter milestone, you can both place this item down and ride it. Its controls/bouncing behavior can work like pogo stick item from the Warpzone Arcade.
Pinball Machine
Ring Tower: The old school favorites.
Building Toys
Brick Blocks (Physics): A cardboard block that resembles a brick. These can be used to make a variety of games.
Plastic Toy Gears: These gears can function the same as the reinforced wooden gear item, but have a single color, curved teeth, and a plastic texture instead of wood and metal.
Playsets
Barn: This premade barn can be used to make a farm playset at its regular size, and a real farm when scaled up.
Castle: A toy castle based on Little Crusaders’ Cardboard Castle map. With this and small figurines of the knights from said gameworld, one could make a medieval playset/display!
Vehicles
New Car Models
New Boat Models such as a sailboat.
Toy Tank: A placeable version of the Warpzone Arcade’s RC tank item.
Mini Hot Air Balloon: This is currently a prop in Minigolf’s Nostalgia map.
Red Wagon: The classic wagon used for backyard playtime, as well as for displaying and hauling items ranging from additional toys to plants.

Just a suggestion for a existing item
Since we get tons of these from the Easter Eggs of the Easter Egg Hunt, why not make them placeable in Condo too along with being a Wearable?
