Suitcases of various shapes and sizes would be really nice to have, especially if they can be opened like the wooden chest and dumpster.
Also on the topic of small openable clutter items, a canvas lunch box would be pretty cool, as well as openable versions of existing items like the cooler, toolbox, shipping crates, cardboard boxes, plastic crates, etc.

When I heard that Condo was adding a mover train feature, the item I thought I needed most was this NECOrobo.
The cute NECOrobo working in the restaurant is very much loved in Japan.
It will be loved and used in TowerUnite as well.

I’ve actually made a bouncy castle/bounce house in condos before using push volumes, but yeah, it would be nice to have an actual one without having to make it from cylinders, etc.

Some ideas I had are:
Square-grid or circle-grid base grass and flower patches would be amazing 
A canvas frame mode for PC monitors, a switch in the item’s settings that turns off video player functionality and makes the monitor act as a canvas frame for screenshots. This can also apply to the in-game smartphone item.
I and some folks I’ve noticed use PC monitors in Tower to show off desktop setups or screenshots from games, but it gets a little tedious to swap out the images and move the monitor.

Seriously lacking underwater foliage - Coral, Seaweed etc
Ooh, that would look really good in condos/the Plaza, particularly if the water’s really deep.
Yea its not easy making tropical fish tanks without these kind of things, theres some seaweed and those little platform looking things in the underwater condo so hopefully will be added at some point
