Indicate primary/secondary fire in killfeed

Simply, show whether a weapon’s primary or secondary fire was used to kill an infected in the kilfeed, like so:

Or use a different icon. For example, the DB’s secondary fire icon could be angled up for recoil with a huge burst firing out.
