Improving apon the new "not turning till you need it" feature

I like how you dont turn all the time… kinda. Its nice, but it looks a little janky.
Two suggestions to help with this.
1: have a setting to turn this on or off
2: make it so your head turns to look when you are standing still, so you arent just staring into the blue all the ime.

I agree with this. The head should almost turn independently and have the body follow it, it feels weird not having the head move when I turn.
