Improvements for FX items placements

Items such as Sparkles, moths, flies…
It’s quite hard to define their radius actually, because yeah, sometimes they goes through walls so i’m suggesting to add outlines for their boundaries.
The outline should adjust accordingly to the scaling values.

Just a small and fast draft of my idea, when placing them down:

It’d also really help if every FX item shared the same scaling rules (X - Increases Range, Y - Increases particle size, Z - Increases vertical spread). The scaling makes the Fog FX really usable, but the lack of it on others makes it hard to build around them.
