Improve Hit Detection and Feedback

This is a pretty simple one and I understand ‘make the game better’ isn’t particulairly helpful feedback, but virus just /feels/ consistently terrible to play on either side. Infected hit detection feels outright random at times, with survivors sometimes being able to run clean through, and sometimes being infected from 3m+ away, whilst guns are generally unsatisfying to use, providing no sense of impact and oftentimes being unclear as to if you even hit or not.

Whilst intense, fast paced action is the core of virus, if slowing down the core game speed were needed as to make things work better, I think it’d be a worthwhile compromise.
