Im offline agc but can still play i want my credits and levels back

cannot see credits or tickets and all of my progress is back to 0

ever since the update switching from steam i never got a popup to transfer and still havnt

We currently are experiencing some downtime with our backend systems. We hope to have it back up within a couple hours.
