So its my first time playing tower unite and I used up all my units unfortunately and I was wondering how I would gain units?? xD

Just play anything that isn’t the arcade and you’ll get them

Almost everything you do in the game gives you units. I would recommend just playing random gamemodes so you can try them out and win units at the same time, or just exploring the game.
