Plaza mini games
You missed the Halloween update, and accompanying events, now over
Plaza got autumn makeover, enjoy it while it lasts.
New store with plants and nature stuff.
Worked on:
Fishing
Zombie Massacre
Updating engine version
Winter and holiday stuff

    THE SKY IS FALLING AND THE DEAD IS COMING BACK TO LIFE!
    WE HAVE ANGERED THE CATSACK GODS AND THEY ARE COMING TO DESTROY US ALL!
    EVERYTHING IS IN RUINS AND THE DEVS HAVE LEFT US HERE TO ROT!
    ZOMBIES AND MONSTERS HAS INFESTED THE TOWER AND MOST OF US ARE DEAD!

But seriously, most of what EvKem said and this:
Tools that makes building in the condo easier (only the copy cat tool as of yet)
Not sure for how long you have been gone but we got the poseidon up and working.
There are fish in the waters near the boardwalk now
About a gajillion map holes has been found and plugged.
A boatload of bugs has been reported and fixed
We got special catsack tiers which is: Normal, Silver, Golden and Cosmic in ascending order of rarity, and yes the rarer the catsack is the better items you can get.
Got a few extra wearable hats for halloween 2017, not sure if you can still get them but you can always check.

And as for stuff that is on its way we got:
More building tools that allows stuff like resizing items
Fishing
The arcade
Workshop support you can add stuff from the totally vastly superior Gmod tower into your condo.
And plaza events like back in GMT, which means we will be able to play Obama smash 2.0, or just buy expensive stuff at a smaller price.
