i think they are used to moderate trello since they show up on every card
Looks to be a client side bug with Trello. Using those buttons won’t actually do anything to the board. And no, you’re not supposed to see those buttons.

it weird because i use chrome and i see the buttons. even if i use firefox i still see the buttons
just tried edge as well and i see the buttons still
