Just a heads up, recently switched graphics card (upgraded to RX590) and turning on Borderless Fullscreen prevents the screen from updating. You can still interact with things audibly, however the screen will freeze on whatever it was when you last tabbed into the game.
If you accidentally do this, the current working solution is to just alt tab and tab back in everytime you change something until you can get to the settings menu and turn back on Window/Fullscreen.
