What permission is your PC requesting? If you have admin status and you can’t move something, that probably means whatever you’re trying to mess with is important to the systematic integrity of your OS.
No. It’s only a file for a TF2 mod. Nothing related to my OS.
You may have to give your user account all permissions for the folder where the files are located.
