So sorry for the long silence. Unfortunately I was not able to fix the driver issues, even with using DDU. All I really could do was back up my files (fortunately an external harddrive was on sale) and completely reinstall windows, which thankfully worked.
My only guess is that something in a windows update got screwy with my drivers. At the very least, nothing is wrong with the hardware and the only expense was 50 bucks for an external harddrive.
A huge thanks to everyone for their suggestions though! Though they didn’t work for me, hopefully they may help others in the future.
