# Help finding a Blocklist item to unblock on Desktop

I may have accidentally block an item without looking.  
Because I block so many items. The list takes forever to get to the end.

Is there a way to find the list in the TU folder so I can remove it? I know the Workshop ID but there’s no option to Search for it to unblock it.
