Would it be in my best interest to sell everything I own for the GMT to Units converter? Or will the converter take that into account.

Selling your items would be worth half the price. The conversion will take into account the items you have and transfer it into the game, if it exists in the game.

So sell them or not. It dosn’t matter? Does this include furniture placed in my condo?

I wouldn’t sell them no.

Placed Furniture, Trucked Items, Moving Boxes, Poker Chips, these will all transfer.

One last thing. Will the Lobby One plate transfer?

Poking in here, do all of us who have played lobby 2 get a comemorative item of some sort?
