Game Crashes when trying to Load Condo

I’m pretty sure I know why this is happening, just not how I can fix it.
I tried to use a launch command to try to be able to load all textures in semi-decent quality to take some screenshots, but the game kept crashing upon trying to load, so i removed the command, and it kept happening. I don’t know how to fix this. Please help

For the record, the command was ‘-NOTEXTURESTREAMING’

Can you post your crash dump? Otherwise I can’t figure anything out.
