It seems no matter what my settings are my FPS seems to stay in the same range and only go lower. My specs: ROG Strix RTX 3080 10GB GDDR6X i7-7700k 4.4 GHz 8 core 32 GB Ram 3200 MHz I have it capped at 144, but it appears to only go to about 70-90 in the plaza and on the best settings it dips down to the 50s. I used to get above 100 consistently a couple of years back, but now it doesn’t even come close. I play with some one who has similar specs as I do but a lesser GPU than I have and he gets consistently over 100 on most settings. I should state that there are moment’s it will be around 120-144 FPS, but I can’t give an example when it happens. Mostly I want to figure out why the lowest possible settings juggle around in the 80s most of the time, but so does the highest.
