Flooring and Wallpaper Options

I saw a suggestion for choosing carpets for your Condo, but what if you had even more options than just carpet. Different tiling, different wooden flooring, colored carpets, patterned carpets, etc.

What if, as well, you are able to select different wallpapers, maybe even be able to add custom images to your wallpaper in order to make it fully customizable. You could also have preset patterns and designs you can purchase for your Condo!
