I know it’s probably been suggested by any one who goes on these forums to add the ability to place fish in bigger bodies of water. Now with the new Courtyard Villas having a little pond with a dock it would be nice to be able to put fish in that at least.
You can put fish in them, their routing just isn’t functional. That’s being fixed in the hotfix.
Larger bodies tend to not have fish placement due to their size and the complexity that would add to the map.
I honestly don’t know if that includes the pond or just the pool like normal condos.
The Pond and Pool in Villa are both places you can place fish, they’re separate water volumes from the ocean (noclip into the floor and you’ll see where they end). Here’s a fish in the Villa pond

Fish can route in the side pool in Condo (I built a koi pond there before Volumes were added) as well. I can’t remember if the front pool works, however.
